I'll just make my list then... but in the meantime, let's make a map,

here's the roll for battle,
Result of the throw of dice "1d6" :

2 = 2

so that's dawn attack, D6+4 terrain pieces,
Result of the throw of dice "1d6" :

6 = 6

oh dear... that's a lot of terrain, so see what they are,
Rolling "2d6" 10 times

1: 6 + 3 = 9 mysterious river
2: 3 + 6 = 9 mysterious river
3: 6 + 3 = 9 mysterious river
4: 6 + 4 = 10 magical mystery
5: 4 + 1 = 5 hill
6: 1 + 5 = 6 building
7: 2 + 6 = 8 obstacles
8: 1 + 5 = 6 building
9: 1 + 2 = 3 settlement of order
10: 4 + 1 = 5 hill

sum: 70, average: 7.00


extra rolls for magical mystery, hill, obstacles, settlement of order (the sanctum) and hill in that order,
Rolling "1d6" 5 times

1: 1 = 1 sinister statue
2: 1 = 1 'ordinary' hill
3: 4 = 4 blessed bulwark
4: 6 = 6 dwarf brewhouse
5: 6 = 6 anvil of vaul

sum: 18, average: 3.60

and finally the d3 buildings and d3 obstacles for the sanctum,
Rolling "1d3" 2 times

1: 2 = 2
2: 1 = 1

sum: 3, average: 1.50

if you can do a better job - and I'm sure you can :p - then feel free to change the map, the fish is the sinister statue, the 2 walls at the bottom is the blessed bulwark and the rock is the anvil.

I tried to make it less crowded but it didn't really work :( , we could get rid of the river?

i'll pick doom and darkness for the duplicates and change soulblight to spirit leach. so i have spirit leach, doom and darkness and purple sun.

just so we agree now, do you want to play purple sun as written or intended, because under the current wording it hits the caster too.

I'll keep 5 and a 2, swap 3 for a 1 and choose 4 with the double... giving me gaze of gork, brain bursta, the foot of gork and hand of gork,

as for the purple sun ruling... well, I think it's pretty obvious that the wizard doesn't take a hit :nod: , I think you would have to be trying a little too hard to exploit the rules to find that little loophole :p ,

I won't use my vanguard rule... the gobbos definately don't want to get any closer to thos marauders than they need to :p , I'll post my moves in a bit...

alright, now doom and darkness on 3 dice on the 2 character unit:

cast on 15, and last 5 dice at purple sun towards that unit on 25+:

6 + 6 + 4 + 6 + 3 + 2 = 27

irresistable!

so it goes:

so through the entire unit and i think the doom diver is touched too. if you don't mind me rolling the ini tests to speed thing up great shaman, big boss, champion, then the unit:

the marauders are hit but the knights gobbo scatters, distance,

neither misfire and the one on the knights only scatters 2", there's a chance to hit...

I think it just makes it, due to the angle...
